SPHERE Compact is aimed at smaller organisations, or those needing support for specific long or short-term overseas trips (expeditions, school trips, overseas projects etc) and who want access to 24/7 information and alerts. It offers the ability to locate and communicate with your employees (mobile or otherwise) and 24/7 response (Medical and Security) in the event of an emergency, using SPHERE’s application based location, communication and response technology.
SPHERE Core is our mid-level service, aimed at organisations who may already have a 24/7 in house security or safety capability but who want access to 24/7 information and alerts and the capability to locate and communicate with their employees (mobile or otherwise) in the event of an emergency.
Designed to support organisations with their duty-of-care responsibilities for their mobile and expatriate employees or a requirement for out of hours response capability. Delivered through the SPHERE App and web-based Portal, SPHERE Core is a 24/7 travel risk management service which allows managers and teams to prepare and safeguard their travelling employees and to respond when needed.
Offering end-to-end Travel Risk Management services, SPHERE Managed is an enhancement to SPHERE Core, aimed to support managers in organisations who may have a limited in-house security function and / or a partial out of hours capability. SPHERE Managed is a 24/7 support service which delivers custom and proactive assistance and advice for managers and teams with a responsibility for the security and safety of their travelling employees. This augments client’s existing ability to prepare and safeguard their travelling employees and to respond when needed, including out of hours.
SPHERE Managed also includes enhanced risk analysis Special Interest reports, Global Weekly Forecasts, on-call traveller Active Monitoring, pre-trip Risk Assessments and review and sign off of client in-house Travel Risk Assessments.
